Candice has been in multiple and various speaking opportunities as an educator, mentor, leader, and school owner. She aims to share her story and provide tools, insights, and coaching so that people will realize that being in their Authentic Selves is the key to happiness, success, and fulfillment.

Candice has lived in three countries (the Philippines, Australia, and the USA) and has valuable experience as an educator, mentor, leader, school owner, and motivational speaker. She holds two master's degrees, which she acquired from New York. She has devoted 30 years to education, helping students pursue excellence and develop skills necessary for lifelong success. She is passionate about mentoring and constantly reminding teachers of the “why” they are educators.

Her leadership experiences date back to 1995 when she owned and managed two schools in the Philippines. This continued in the USA, where she led teams, initiatives, summer school, and projects in public and private schools. She has been an administrative intern and part of the assistant principal pool, acquiring more leadership skills through workshops and professional development.   

Candice realizes that “Everything We Need in Life, We Learned as Students.” This mindset changed her career path and led her to become a Motivational Speaker. She has inspired students and their families, teachers, and community members and would like to INSPIRE and MAKE an IMPACT on more lives through her thoughts, ideas, words and actions as a motivational speaker.
